You certify that the Content you provide on or through the ItFRESH Sites is accurate and that the information you provide on or through the ItFRESH Sites is complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account including username, password, and PIN. ItFRESH is not responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your account.
You agree that ItFRESH does not have any responsibility if you lose or share access to your device. Any agreement between you and the issuer of your credit card, debit card, or other form of payment will continue to govern your use of such payment method on the ItFRESH Sites. You agree that ItFRESH is not a party to any such agreement, nor is ItFRESH responsible for the content, accuracy, or unavailability of any method used for payment. Your account may be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Placing an Order
You initiate a purchase on itfresh.co by adding products to your cart, entering the necessary information, and finalizing your order through the checkout process. Prior to submission, please review and verify your order for accuracy. In the event of any errors, you have the opportunity to make corrections before finalizing the submission. Upon completing the online checkout process, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
However, it's important to note that this acknowledgment does not imply acceptance or processing of your order, nor does it confirm the price or availability of any products.
We reserve the right to inform you if your order cannot be accepted. Reasons for non-acceptance may encompass, but are not confined to, the Goods being unavailable, our inability to authorize your payment, your inability to make the purchase from us, our inability to sell the Goods to you, pricing or description errors related to the Goods, detection of illegal or suspicious activity, unclear delivery address, natural disasters, potential threats to us, and our representatives and/or agents. In instances where payment has been made, and the order has not been accepted, a full refund of the transaction cost will be promptly issued.

All billing information you provide to us must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in cancellation of your order. Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the Products
We retain the right, following the receipt of your order, to provide a quantity less than what you originally ordered. This adjustment will be based on the availability of the Goods at the time of order placement, and any reduction in quantity will be promptly communicated to you. In cases where payment has already been processed, a full refund for the cost of the Goods not supplied will be issued to you.
Once we have accepted an order, any changes to the quantities or specifications of items, or the cancellation of any part or the entirety of the order, require our written consent. Additionally, you must settle all charges, expenses, commissions, and costs owed to or incurred by us before any modifications can be made.
While we strive to fulfill all items in your order, there may be instances where one or more items are unavailable, such as when an item is out of stock. In such cases, if you have authorized substitutions, we will propose a suitable alternative. Our selection of substitutes is made thoughtfully, aiming to provide the most appropriate alternative to the product you initially ordered.
Should substitutes be offered, we will clearly communicate this by either calling you or sending an email detailing the substitutions after your order has been confirmed.
Cost Of Goods
The cost of the Goods is provided as an estimate and is displayed on the checkout page, encompassing all applicable taxes, shipping and duties, which are included in the final product price. Payment of this price is required from you during the checkout process.
Currently, payment options include debit card or credit card transactions through our online platform. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
Collection Of Orders
Orders can be conveniently collected at any of our three Final Link locations ;

We accept Visa and Mastercard for online payments. By using a credit card during the checkout process, you confirm that you have the authority to conduct such transactions as the credit card holder. During checkout, the estimated total value of your cart is authorized on your credit card.
Refund and Return
If, during the inspection of the goods upon delivery or pickup, you discover any items that are expired, damaged, or defective, you have the option to return those goods to the agent or driver. Additionally, please send an email to [email protected] to report and document the issue.
Despite the provisions of any other clauses in this agreement, we retain the right to refuse the return of specific Goods on grounds related to health and hygiene. This is particularly applicable if there is clear evidence that these Goods were opened, their seals were broken or tampered with, or if the Goods were damaged, destroyed, or defaced either by you or a third party.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the card that was initially used for payment within 3-5 working days. Subsequently, it typically takes an additional 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Please note that any delivery charges will be refunded only in cases where the entire order is returned.
On PickUp
It is crucial to conduct a thorough inspection of the Goods upon collection. If you depart from the store with your goods, any subsequent claims will not be considered valid. Claims made after leaving the store will not be entertained or addressed
Delivery
It is essential to thoroughly inspect the Goods upon delivery. In the event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, you must notify us within one (1) business day of the delivery. Claims made after this one-day period will not be entertained.
To validate your claim of receiving the incorrect item, we may require pictures for authentication. If we acknowledge that an incorrect item was delivered, we will request you to promptly return the incorrect item to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition with its original factory packaging. If these conditions are met, we will, at your discretion, either replace the item with the correct one (subject to availability) or refund you the cost of the item.
If you choose a refund, we reserve the right to refund the money using the same method it was received.
